31I agree, it has been very long since I have posted an update on our beloved front page here, but today I am a happy person, I am very happy person.
Wanted Music is a label that seeks to find quality music everywhere, in all parts of the world. One of our latest releases on Maison Digitale, the progressive techno sublabel we're running, is an example of a very nice cross-country cooperation. Twin Soul is a very talented producer from The Netherlands that has provided us with the very interesting Illuminated EP. It was remixed by Belgian wonderkid Tom Dazing.
In our continuing search for good music, we have also decided to start working together with some very talented guys from Belgium. We are proud to announce that Serial Chillers Mannu and Geoffrey will soon be starting their own sublabel under Wanted Music. The succes of their deejay sets relies largely upon crunk and fidget house tracks. It is only logical that their sublabel, powered by a large family of riot-kicking young producers from Belgium, will be releasing those musical genres. Welcome to the family, Mannu & Geoffrey!
But that is not all. We also have some more incredible releases coming up on Maison Digitale and on Wanted Music. We are proud of all the artists and tracks we sign, but there is one release coming up that we are particularly proud of. I'm not going to say what it is just yet, but his name starts with a Q, his sounds are incredibly fresh, and one of his tracks was featured in Pete Tong's Bedroom Bedlam.

25Because sometimes the words of someone else are twice as encouraging:
This is going down a treat this Morning at Trackitdown Towers! Charles Bells turns in this stunning Remix on Maison Digitale. Nice tribal loops, deep bass line, a fiendishly catchy off beat hook and some great envelope FX ensure this will ROCK the dance floor! Awesome!

09Two weeks from it's official release, Steve Slight's Explode EP is already topping the Release Promo chart! The feedback we received up to now has been simply overwhelming. The Charles Bells Rework is holding its ground firmly in fourth place and the Original Edit is in thirtieth place.
Yes, I am thrilled only to be able to post this news item. Having great deejays support the hard work of the artists we represent is probably one of the most flattering things there is in this business. It also supports us, as a label, in a way that is not easy to describe. It sort of strengthens us in our belief in the artists we have chosen to work with. It is wonderful to see other people feeling the same way about the music we love. If music be the food of love, play on.
Update: the Charles Bells remix is now in first place in the Release Promo chart! The Original Edit ascended to 24th place!

01Get ready for another smashing release on Maison fucking Digitale! Steve Slight has brought to life another awesome track that goes by the name of Explode. It is a very uplifting melodic techno/electro track with great depth and vibe.
Charles Bells, one of Belgium's promising techno-talents has provided Maison Digitale with a necessary, even more dancefloor minded rework of Steve Slight's masterpiece. With a pumping, extremely electric bassline that works incredibly well on the larger soundsystems.
The comments on this third release of Maison Digitale's are simply overwhelming. Ranging from good to simply brilliant, this release is expected to be one of the bigger releases of 2008. Keep an eye open on your favourite download shop on 22 May. I'll post a reminder when it is that time ;-).
